Willow class had a fantastic afternoon starting their new topic on the UK looking at UK geography. For our topic starter, we had a tea party. We decorated cakes and made jam sandwiches. We also looked at London landmarks and made some silhouette landmark artwork. We also created some Union Jack flags for our display in class. It’s been a super fun afternoon and a great start to our new topic.

There has been lots of fantastic learning taking place in willow class. In maths, we have been doing lots of practical work on fractions, in RE, we looked at the Jewish Shabbat meal, in history, we finished our Anglo Saxon topic by looking at Sutton Hoo and in computing, we have started to create different rhythms using on Busy Beats
