Good morning Willow Class.

Here are today’s activities.

Don’t forget to get some exercise, whether that is in your home or outside.

Mrs O’ Donnell will be doing some stilling for you today, make sure you check out her blog.

As well as these Mrs FitzGerald has written a blog about our ‘Write Stuff’ sessions.  I know that we have done a couple but it would be a good idea to take a look at these writing tasks. You do not need to do this today, just read it and use it whenever you can.    Read the blog then click on the link at the bottom of the page. ✍

As an extension please check out today’s grammar task on the bbc bitesize daily lessons from 23rd April.  It should help you with our tasks this week.  It is about adverbs and adverbial phrases.

Topic:  VE Day

I hope you enjoyed learning about VE day yesterday and making your own bunting.  If you haven’t finished making bunting or if you wish to make more, then please do.

Here is another activity in preparation for Friday.

Design an invitation to a ‘VE day’ party.

Who is the invitation to?
Where/when is the party?
How will you decorate your invitation?

There are lots of examples on the internet or maybe you have your own idea!

Is your family or are your neighbours planning to celebrate VE day?  If so, please send in any pictures of your celebrations.

Thought this would be fun too.  I know how you all love a word search! ?

Have a top Tuesday,
