Today we were really treated to a fantastic selection of truffles and we were so impressed by the hardwork and effort of the children who brought them in!

Before lunch, we sampled Alex and Ethan’s truffles. Both of them had experimented with a range of flavours and had made stunning containers to present the truffles in. Alex’s container was modelled on a traditional Mayan hut and Ethan had decorated golden boxes with Mayan patterns. Both were beautiful!

At the end of the day, we were treated to Chloe and Daisy’s delicious truffles. Chloe’s were milk choclate with a caramel and orange flavour and this contrasted really nicely with Daisy’s which were dark chocolate coated in cocoa and coconut. Thank you girls; we loved them!
