Welcome to today’s stilling time which is all about bubbles!
Today I would like you to spend a few moments to think about and practise your breathing. We breathe without thinking about it but in times when we might feel angry, worried, anxious or in a panic our breathing can change quickly. Knowing how to control our breathing and bring it back to our calm, regular pattern can help us feel better. Taking deep breaths and releasing this slowly can help us feel calmer straight away.
Have fun with this exercise while washing your hands…something we’re all doing lots of! The video will explain what to do!
