My picture gives you a clue for stilling time today. You might not need wellies or an umbrella if it’s not raining! However I do want you to put on your coats and wrap up warm because I want you to just go outside and take in a deep breath of fresh air!
This is especially important for those of you who are at home. My video explains why getting outside is really important when we’re at home and it’s something we must try and do every day, even if it’s for a few minutes.
I have put some mindfulness colouring on for you to have a go at if you’d like. Have a think of at least 3 words that you think of when you’re outside in the fresh air. How does being outside make you feel?
Enjoy and keep smiling.
Love Mrs O’Donnell ?
We saw loads of Ellel people on our mindfulness outdoor trip today. Everyone was happy to be out even though it was a bit damp and misty.
Mrs Marple and George.
It’s lovely to hear you’ve been out and about on a walk for some fresh air and really good to hear that you saw some other members of Ellel school out and about too. Great to hear the damp and mist didn’t stop you all, I’m in school today and we went out for a walk up to our top field in the drizzle this morning! We all had smiles on our faces. Thank you Mrs Marple and George for taking the time to do the stilling time together…did Tom join you? I hope you are all well, love Mrs O’Donnell xx
