This afternoon, we started with some mindfulness. We used Go Noodle to relax our minds, calm us down and to forget about things that are worrying us before we started our work.
Today we made rainbows with our arms. It made us feel relaxed, happier and peaceful.
We spoke about the importance of our stilling times in everyday life. Next Wednesday we would like to try mindfulness challenge with Mrs O’Donnell!
Stilling time is a wonderful way of relaxing
