Hope you’re all ok! We gave out reading books last week, but obviously couldn’t give as many as what is needed for our time off school.
Oxford Reading Tree have free online books, linked to the book bands your child is on, available to read. All you have to do is sign up using the link below.
I will keep looking to see if there’s any other free books available to keep the reading going as much as possible. Do read books you have a home too.
I will be posting maths and English on Monday ready to continue the learning at home. The English will be linked to Jack and the Beanstalk. I told the children this on Friday and they seemed excited.
Also, on the website, where the class pages are there is a bit saying websites and apps. Here is a list of free resources you can use to support at home learning. Use them as you wish.
Don’t forget to email if you have any question. My address is on the Home Learning letter you received last week.
Take care everyone,
Mrs Quinn ☺️
Do we still want to be recording their reading in their home link diary or does this not matter? She is on her last 2 boxes in it.
If you want to write it on a piece of paper you can. If not I’m not too bothered as long as people are reading ?
