This week in maths we have been learning about perimeter and area. Today, we went outside in groups to complete a maths challenge. We used trundle wheels to measure the perimeter of the playground and used our measurements to calculate the perimeter and area in meters and meters squared.

We had to use good team-work skills and communication as well as our maths brains.
