This morning we have been inspired by Jaydan Paddock – tumbling champion! First we listened to his story about how he has become a champion and the skills needed. This was very inspiring and how he overcame setbacks and learned to prepare himself correctly including eating the right foods. Then we had a circuit session with Jaydan, it was one minute per exercise. The circuit started with spotty dogs, then mountain climbers followed by press-ups and then finishing with star jumps.
