Katie from Life Education came to visit us today. She brought an extra special visitor with her too… Harold the Giraffe.
We learnt how to keep our bodies healthy.
- We need 5 fruit and vegetables a day
- Calcium which is good for our teeth and bones
- Protein to give us muscles
- Carbohydrates to give us lots of energy
- Sleep
We helped Harold to make a healthy lunch box.
