Today, we were treated to more delicious truffles by David and Fin. They had both worked so hard experimenting with flavours and textures and the truffles were delicious. Fin had used cayenne pepper to achieve an authenic spiced flavour and had made his packaging by coating avacado shells in chocolate because he knows avacado was a favourite food of the Mayans. How imaginative!
Both boys have worked so hard on their creative homework and this was really appreciated by the whole class!
