Last week in Hazel class we planned an investigation to see which material is the best at slowing a car down. We decided on: the rug, the carpet, the hall floor, the table and the concrete floor. We then decided on how we would test these materials. By dropping a car down a ramp onto the material we could measure the distance it would take the car to stop.
