Hello everyone ??
For the duration of home learning I will be bringing you 1 PE video a week that you can have a go at, at home. These videos will use items that you will have lying around your home so please don’t worry about needing to have/buy any special equipment.
I will upload a video at the start of each week (sorry this week’s is a little bit late) and you can do the activity at any point across the week.
Joe Wicks is also restarting his ‘PE with Joe’ on YouTube on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, which I would strongly recommend you join in with at least once a week!
