Today’s PE is standing long jump.
Choose a line in your house or garden to stand on, or use some tape or string to make one.
From this line, bend your knees and use your arms to jump as far forward as you can – mark the jump with an item so you know where you landed.
How far did you jump? Can you jump further?
What can you do to beat your previous jump?
To make this easier – see how many jumps you can do from one end of your garden/lounge to the other.
To make this harder – repeat the challenge but try jumping using only one leg!
Why not challenge a family member? See who can jump the furthest!
