Today, the children took part in an informative assembly reflecting International Women’s Day, with KS1’s assembly being led by Miss Walton and KS2’s assembly being led by Mrs Quinn. The children learnt about and celebrated inspirational women and KS1 went out onto the playground for a protest march where they shouted, ‘Votes for women’, to bring their learning about the suffragette movement to life!

We are very proud of all the inspirationhal women in our lives and to those around the world who have made and continue to make such a difference!
