Hi everyone. I hope you are all well. Here is today’s learning:
ENGLISH
Today we are continuing with the story Dot in the Snow.
Watch this to learn more:
English https://youtu.be/XOvoGL53kPc
We are going to create a character description for Dot or the Polar Bear Miki. Think about what character you want to write about.
Re watch the story and think about words you could use to describe them as you watch:
https://youtu.be/vjJhz_FVCd0 video
Have a go at writing your descriptions.
REMEMBER:
Record in your books if you don’t want to print.
To simplify the task adults could write the sentence started He is or She is and your child could add a descriptive word.

Life cycle
All animals, including humans, are born, they get older and bigger and some will go on to have children. In the end, all animals die. We call this a life cycle.
Animals are small when they start life. Over time they grow bigger and their bodies change.
When they are grown up, they might have young animals of their own. These children will get older and may eventually also have children too, and so the life cycle keeps going!
Can you have a go at creating a life cycle of a polar bear?
Have a great day and please email me over any work you would like to see:
