WORLD OCEAN DAY FOR SCHOOL
A change to the usual schedule today.
Today is World Ocean Day For School. This looks very exciting, so have a good explore and see what you would like to choose.
Wherever you are this World Ocean Day, we’ve made taking part easy, fun and stress-free. Our lineup is scheduled around the school day and our stages are timed to guide kids, parents and teachers through a series of activities based around our three pillars of learning:
- Connection – ocean-based learning
- Create – make amazing things
- Celebrate – championing the big blue
Everything you need is on our website and you will be able to watch everything there via pop-up windows for each session. Once the session is complete, close the window and continue on your journey through the day.
Tune-in at each time slot to take part in real-time with tens of thousands of children across the UK (and the world). If you miss a ‘show’, don’t worry as all sessions will be available afterwards to catch up in your own time or to use again in class or at home.
Please note that for some sessions you will need to pre-register or download specific resources. This requirement is highlighted in the activity window.
