MATHS

This is on Mathletics today – so you just need to log in and there should be a task ready for you on the topic of decimals. I will be able to see who has completed it and your score.

A quick note if you are have the Code Breaker activity set for you:

This is a problem solving activity.

Some suggestions for how you could solve the problem :

  • Do the clues need to be followed in the order they are written?
  • Which digit is easiest to place into the code first?
  • What are the factors of 21? Which of these meet the clues?
  • If the whole number rounds to 4 which are the only digits that could be in the ones place?

The task allows you to message me on Mathletics. You might want to explain how you did it.

STILLING TIME

5 minutes peace

Find somewhere quiet to sit. Settle yourself down so that you are comfortable. Try to sit outside if you can, on the doorstep, in the backyard, in the garden or just by the window. Close your eyes. Listen. listen for sounds that are far away. Listen for sounds near to you. Now listen to your own breathing.

Open your eyes – what could you hear?

Remember to get outside at some point today – fresh air and sunshine is good for you!

See you tomorrow 🙂
