Here are the Class Promises we decided upon to help us to build a happy, safe and positive learning environment:

We promise to:

Treat each other with kindness and respect

Use good manners

Help others if they are sad and unhappy or need help with their learning

Listen to others, and share our ideas

Help to create a safe, calm classroom

Treat other people’s belongings with respect

Work quietly when we are asked to

Let people concentrate

Respect people’s personal space and always ask permission to touch

Comfort one another

Cheer each other up and use our smiles to bring joy to others

Respect if someone needs personal space in the Calm Corner

Put our hands up and wait when we want to speak

Listen to adults in school.
