Merry World book day everyone. Today is a day to celebrate books, authors and readers. Have some fun completing the World Book Day Activities I have for you.
Join us at 11am when we will discuss todays learning.
Today I would like you to have a go at these missing number addition sums.
Remember to start with he ones. If a number is missing think about what you can do to solve it. Do you need to add 2 together or maybe subtract the smaller number from the bigger number.
Then move onto the tens and repeat.
Finally move onto the hundreds and repeat.
Join us at 11am today as we discuss today’s learning activities.
In English today I would like you to create your very own game. Your game can be about anything and be something that you find fun. Now this is challenging to be this creative but I know you will be able to come up with some excellent games.
Here are some examples of games that you can take “inspiration” from. Don’t worry if your game is the exact same as these as tomorrow we will be writing a set of instructions on how to play your game. So make sure you know exactly how to play your game before starting.
- Top Trumps
- Snakes and Ladders
- Rock, Papaer, Scissors
- Noughts and Crosses
and if you’re felling really brave, monopoly.
