We are having loads of fun at Forest School!

We love being outdoors and learning from the environment. We have already used some of our learning from Forest School to help us with our understanding of The Stone Age and how people survived off the land.

Here we are learning how to create a spark to start a fire. It was quite tricky. We had to apply the right amount of pressure to create the friction to then create a spark.

Lisa showed us how we used the spark to light a fire.

Who would have known you could add Hazel leaves to cookie dough to create a tasty treat!

Look at the amazing art we created from natural resources we gathered.

Autumn isn’t Autumn without Toffee Apples – shame they weren’t edible and were just for show!

A huge thank you to Lisa our wonderful Forest School teacher.
