This week marks the start of the “Better Health Every Mind Matters” campaign. It’s really important that during these unprecedented times, we take care of our own health and well-being, as well as the health and well-being of our children.

Lancashire County Council have collated some useful resources to help advise and support parents/carers.

There are things we can all do to look after our mental wellbeing. Every Mind Matters can get you started with a free NHS online plan, showing you simple steps to help manage anxiety, to sleep better and boost your mood: https://www.nhs.uk/oneyou/every-mind-matters/your-mind-plan-quiz/
