DREAM BIG Careers afternoon 2026! What an amazing afternoon for Oak and Sycamore class. An immersive, interactive, inspiring and wonderful opportunity for our children to listen to a fantastic and broad range of presenters talking about their career pathways and job roles. From Doctors and science to health and safety and charity work. From the amazing arts to international business and everything in between. A very big heartfelt thank you to all our presenters who took the time to come and inspire our children, it was truly inspiring. #living #Loving #learning #Oak #sycamore ... See MoreSee Less

This morning, our Worship Council led a wonderful worship that they had planned for the whole school. They focused on the miracles of Jesus and how he healed people. We enjoyed puppets, a quiz, learning, song, prayer and spending time together feeling close to God. Thank you Worship Council!

Last week, in maths, #Holly Class were learning about multiplication. We were introduced to the ‘x’ symbol and learnt what it meant. We then solved some multiplication calculations in the hall. In RE, we looked at the story of Blind Bartimaeus. First, we were blindfolded and given tasks to complete. These tasks were hard as we couldn’t see. We then introduced a helper (Jesus) to guide us. This story reinforced the focus of our recent RE learning; that Jesus is a friend to everyone and that he helped Bartimaeus when nobody else would. It also reminded us that Jesus is always there to help and guide us. #Learning #Loving ... See MoreSee Less

Hazel Class had lots of fun at Forest School this week! It was lovely to be outside in the fresh air. Some did struggle with the cold. Remember to wrap up warm next week! 🥶
We also began learning some very simple Makaton signs as part of our class worship so we can communicate and enjoy a quiet classroom at the same time.

Another busy week in #Holly class! This week we have been doing lots of practical maths to practise our division skills. We have also made a start on our African elephants teddys that we will be sewing next week! All this topped off by a fantastic class assembly this afternoon! #learning ... See MoreSee Less
